MaxENotes app for iPhone and iPad

This application is a lightweight, locally cached version of our web app, found at MaxENotes.com.

This application is used by Vendors at the trade shows that we organize to make notes while on the floor, for the purposes of following up after the event.

We provide badges to the Attendees, each with a unique 3-letter code. Our app allows Vendors to easily lookup Attendees by this code, add notes, and upload them to the central "console" for later reviews.

MaxENotes.com is a web-based app with the same functionality, and is thus the final destination for all notes taken during the events. The iOS app is to allow the same functionality offline (using locally cached data), because the sales floors often have spotty internet coverage.

First, login using the provided Vendor Names/Passwords.

Then, 3 tabs will be provided -
(1) Upload/Download: This allows the user (Vendor) to
(a) Download a fresh copy Attendee as needed. (A few new Attendees will be added during the Event, and the user may be outside of coverage for much of the even - this will allow the user to pull data while withIN a coverage area.)
(b) Upload the Notes that were gathered during the Event, again, while in coverage.

(2) Add Note: By entering an Attendees 3-character Badge code, this will allow the Vendor to verify the Attendees identity, and add Notes for this attendee. These will be consolidated a the main website, MaxENotes.com.

(3) View Notes: This allows the Vendor to review all notes that he/she has recorded during the show.

To verify that all notes were uploaded/consolidated, testers may login to MaxENotes.com with the same Vendor/Password combination and view ALL notes taken at the Event.
